For their final live show at Madison Square Garden the band KISS tasked us with creating a larger than life demo that would showcase the bands evolution to live on in high tech digital performances and avatars.
I had a number of contributions including facial library work, facial correctives, shot correctives and model builds. My first task was to model the avatar for "Catman" Eric Singer the current drummer for the band.

I had the awesome task of modeling Paul Stanley's guitar which we decked out and really featured during the show.
We did an extensive amount of model correctives on this show and by the end of it I had done many shots with something for all the characters throughout.
I took the lead on the hero speaking and singing shots particularly for Paul for his initial intro and the hero head that was featured on the hanging banners. I also worked extensively to help the face capture team with the performances for all the characters and helped create and clean up the library of shapes to be applied to the avatar versions of the actors. (Another artist cleaned up the data for all the band members before they were de-aged and stylized.) The team put a lot of effort in and I was proud to be a part of it and of what we accomplished in the time we had.
